A ‘Los Osos’ home is a local standout, often featuring a patchwork of constructions suited to the owner’s needs. When ownership changes, these floor plans typically require reconfiguration.
In this project, we expanded the small house by adding square footage and reorganized the interior for better functionality. Following our approach with California homes, we aimed to connect the dining area to the spacious backyard, blending indoor living with the natural environment.
